📖 Description

I originally introduced the recursive quantilizers idea [here](https://www.lesswrong.com/s/SBfqYgHf2zvxyKDtB/p/bEa4FuLS4r7hExoty), but didn't provide a formal model until my recent [Learning Normativity](https://www.lesswrong.com/posts/2JGu9yxiJkoGdQR4s/learning-normativity-a-research-agenda) post. That formal model had some problems. I'll correct some of those problems here. My new model is closer to HCH+IDA, and so, is even closer to Paul Christiano style systems than my previous.
